To design and organise the 7th Middle East & North Africa Pulmonary Hypertension Forum for Actelion Pharmaceuticals, which took place in Atlantis the Palm with over 200 Pax.

This not-to-be-missed 2-day event welcomes guests at Atlantis The Palm, situated on the largest manmade island in the world.

The conference on Day 1 commenced with panel discussions and guest speakers followed by Lunch at Kaleidoscope.

Day 2 kicked off with more conferencing. After a relaxing lunch, guests enjoyed at Aquaventure waterpark, followed by the farewell dinner at Ossiano.

To organize the Annual Leadership Conference for Danaher with over 300 attendees including a gala event, cocktail reception and talent show.

The event required end-to-end conference management solutions, from setting up the registration desks with qualified staff, arrangement of promotional items such as lanyards, trifolds and pens, setting up displays such as registration counters, signage, etc and equipment rental such as AV, LED Screen, etc.

Our team was also responsible for arranging the Visas, Meet & Greet at the airport as well as fulfilling transportation requirements.

In its continuing effort to expand their operations throughout the world, 5àsec a leading company in dry cleaning services for individuals, opened a couple of shops in Dubai and invited their global partners to inaugurate the business and learn about with their new products.

The company also celebrated their 50-year anniversary and wished to introduce their newest destination of business – Dubai, by showcasing both the modern and heritage part of the country.

Scope of Service:

50 years anniversary along with the introducing the destination and products/shops to open in 2 different location within Dubai. Showcasing both the modern and Heritage part of the country. Having everything to be done within 2 days.

Results:

Desert Gate’s team managed to craft the perfect way to showcase the heritage of the UAE with an immersive safari experience while the modern aspect of the city by organizing a Gala Dinner in an elegant venue overlooking Burj Khalifa and the Dubai fountains.
